We believe we play an important role in continually shifting the conversation around sight loss, and contributing to achieving a fair, equitable society. Over the years, we've seen a positive shift in expectations, with individuals and communities increasingly empowered to live lives the way they choose, free of discrimination.

Reporting to the Director of Operations and working closely with other members of the Senior Leadership Team, we seek two Programme Managers to lead transformational change programmes across Sight Scotland and Sight Scotland Veterans and Scottish Braille Press.These roles will be key to ensuring that all relevant departments across Sight Scotland and Sight Scotland Veterans work together to support a collaborative approach to business growth and increased efficiency which furthers the organisation's ability to achieve its charitable purpose.

These roles require a proactive leader and collaborator with excellent organisational and analytical skills who will oversee the planning, executing, and tracking of programs of work across the services. We are looking for individuals with proven experience in in delivering successful transformational change in a production/commercial environment. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to manage multiple programmes and projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivery; creating a culture of high performance and deploying people to achieve strategic priorities.

As our Programme Manager, you will be expected to be an ambassador for Sight Scotland and align an effective end-to-end transformational change programme to their values and the wider strategic organisational goals.
