A tier 1 contractor, working on projects of c£10m to £200m, they’ve been around for over 100 years and are regarded as one of the top employers in Canada, having been recognised by some of the top awards/business press.
Their building business is looking to hire from the UK and they’re looking to fill several positions across Canada (locations range from Toronto, Winnipeg and Halifax in the East, to Vancouver and Calgary in the West).
• Project Manager (project delivery or commercial/quantity surveying background)
• Senior Project Manager (project delivery or commercial/quantity surveying background)
• Superintendent (Site Project Manager)
• Senior Superintendent (Senior Site Project Manager)
• Estimator
• Managing Estimator (leading bids/estimates on large projects)
• Design Manager
• Commercial Manager (Contractual/Commercial oversight & protection/Claims)
You'll need experience on a range of commercial, public sector, healthcare, or industrial building projects, valued at a minimum of £10m+.
The way that projects in Canada are structured is a little different to what you'll have experienced in Scotland/the UK, but we've been recruiting in Canada for over 15 years and can walk you through this in detail.
This particular business is experienced in hiring from the UK and will handle the visa/work permit alongside you, providing financial support to relocate you & any family.
