Innotech Partners are collaborating with an established renewables contractor specializing in the design, installation, and maintenance of solar PV, battery storage systems, and electric vehicle charging points. They are seeking an enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join their growing team on a permanent, full-time basis.

As part of a progressive company, you will work within a team of engineers and office-based staff, contributing to renewable energy projects across the region. The standard hours are 42 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime if desired.

Role Duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project inquiries, providing support to clients and internal staff.
  • Manage and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems for project tickets and contracts.
  • Archive completed project documentation in the appropriate folders.
  • Coordinate with engineers to dispatch work orders and track project progress.
  • Place material and subcontract purchase orders as directed.
  • Compile and maintain Operations and Maintenance (O&M) files for renewable energy systems.
  • Update and maintain asset lists from ordered materials for solar and battery storage systems.
  • Compile and maintain warranty documents for renewable energy equipment.
  • Register new renewable energy plant equipment with relevant governing bodies.
  • Communicate key information to Engineers and clients as directed.
  • Respond to and resolve invoice queries, providing detailed breakdowns as needed.
  • Prepare, modify, and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence related to project operations.

Requirements

  • Full UK driver's license
  • Full right to work in the UK
  • Willingness to work in the office
  • Relevant administrative experience, preferably in a project coordination or customer support role, ideally within the renewables sector
