Project Manager

A robust and dynamic role in managing the development and production of charging products for industrial electric vehicles.

Here’s a breakdown of the key aspects of the position:

Role Overview:

To project manage/oversee projects related to charging products, ensuring they meet cost, schedule, and specification requirements. Lead project meetings, resolve conflicts, and ensure effective team collaboration. The candidate will need to identify and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. The ability to coordinate/liaise with the factory in Poland for product development and transfer to mass production. Prepare and manage quotations for projects. To be able to work with various internal departments (R&D, quality, sales, etc.) and external customers. They will prepare and present project status reports to management. Also, manage/ensure quality milestones (Q-gates) are met, address quality issues, and implement continuous improvement strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Degree in Engineering.
  • Experience: At least five years in product development, with experience in the design lifecycle of a product.
  • Skills: Strong team-working and conflict management abilities. Experience with SAP is a plus or a willingness to learn it.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed.
