Our client is looking for a passionate and dedicated Senior Account Executive to join their talented team. This role involves providing excellent support on multiple client accounts, with a focus on maintaining strong client relationships, developing compelling content, and executing media strategies with creativity and precision. You will work closely with the account leads, bringing both analytical and creative skills to help craft and deliver impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of clients' businesses and industries, confidently engaging with clients, media, and colleagues.
  • Conduct thoughtful research and insights, utilizing PR tools like Factiva, Brandwatch, and YouGov.
  • Strengthen client relationships through regular consultations and proactive client support.
  • Coordinate client meetings and reviews, ensuring timely, accurate campaign execution.
  • Build a network of media contacts and create engaging stories and angles tailored to client sectors.
  • Research and create quality content for various media channels, while supporting junior team members with feedback and guidance.
  • Monitor digital and media channels to proactively identify relevant stories and potential issues.
  • Contribute to strategic and creative sessions for client growth and new business initiatives.
  • Support team development, mentoring junior colleagues, and promoting agency culture.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in PR, media relations, or communications.
  • Experience within the Financial or Professional Services industry
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Skilled in media relations with a creative eye for storytelling and campaign angles.
  • Competency in PR tools and software, such as Factiva, Brandwatch, and Teams.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with the drive to take initiative and contribute ideas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in client-facing scenarios.
