The role would suit a Financial Accountant looking to take a step into a Finance Business Partner role. • Act as the key financial contact for multiple teams, providing insight and analysis to support business decision-making.

• Deliver high-quality management information, including budget monitoring, forecasts, and financial performance analysis.

• Support the preparation of the annual budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Prepare monthly management accounts and contribute to year-end financial reporting.

• Provide training and guidance to senior managers and non-finance staff to enhance financial understanding across the organisation.

• A background in financial or management accounting, ideally within a business partnering capacity.

• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly.

• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and preparing financial reports.

• Salary: £42,000 per annum
