Are you an experienced Senior/Associate Quantity Surveyor, looking to take your next step to Associate Director?
This is a unique opportunity to join one of Scotland's premier privately-owned Quantity Surveying practices, renowned for 50+ years of providing specialist cost advice across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage Quantity Surveying services and cost management on high-profile projects within the commercial, retail, residential and leisure sectors
- Provide strategic advice to ensure optimal project outcome
- Collaborate closely with clients to tailor services that meet and exceed their unique project aspirations
- Lead project coordination efforts, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to financial parameters
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
On Offer:
- Salary: 70,000 - 80,000 (DOE)

About You:
- RICS qualified
- Extensive Quantity Surveying experience within a UK consultancy environment is essential
- A proven track record within the commercial, retail, residential or leisure sectors
- Leadership abilities, with experience of delivering complex projects
- Exceptional communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
