Your new companyOur clients are leading sector specialists who pride themselves on delivering complex refurbishments for some of the country's leading hospital brands. As their business grows, they are now seeking to appoint an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to their commercial team.Your new roleAs project Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for the commercial delivery of refurbishment projects up to £10million. Working with your experienced site team, your key role will be to protect the commercial interests of our client at all stages of their projects. From overseeing an efficient procurement process to attracting suitably qualified subcontractors to commercially managing a large self-delivery capability onsite, you will be across all commercial elements of the project. Reporting to the commercial manager and director, you will also ensure that accurate and timely reporting is compiled and delivered to senior management.What you'll need to succeedOur client are seeking a qualified quantity surveyor ideally with experience of working on refurbishment projects previously. You will have been commercially involved in the management of large direct labour forces previously and understand how to manage commercial risk on complex refurbishment projects.
