Your Role:

Oversee procurement strategy and delivery
Provide cost modelling, planning, and control
Manage contract administration and risk
Work closely with clients and project teams to ensure successful project outcomes

What You'll Need:

Soon to be or MRICS qualified.
Strong experience in Quantity Surveying within consultancy or development management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A passion for delivering projects on time and within budget
Willingness to travel within the UK
