Contract Scotland are working with a leading independent Construction Consultancy who are looking to recruit am Associate/Senior Quantity Surveyor, to grow their already successful commercial team.

Based in Edinburgh city centre, you will have the opportunity to work on some of the best construction projects in Scotland and be part of a well-known and respected company.

You will already be MRICS, with solid working knowledge of NEC contracts. With a Cost Consultancy background, you will have experience with cost planning, billing and preparing tenders. The role covers a variety of sectors, so experience working on projects in commercial, hospitality/leisure, healthcare and retail will be advantageous.
