Senior Sales Negotiator - Property

Our client who are an Award winning Scottish Law Firm and Scotland's Largest Estate Agent's & Letting's specialist are looking to recruit a Senior Sales Negotiator on a full time permanent basis due to start ASAP.

Salary - 32,000 DOE with fantastic benefits and generous incentive and bonus scheme.
Working Hours - Monday to Friday - 36.5 hours per week
Start date - ASAP
Location - Edinburgh - City Centre

Responsibilities:

- Sell the advantages of our valuation service to potential sellers/Landlords
- Co-ordinate viewings
- Obtain viewing feedback and communicate to clients
- Negotiate offers
- Register applicants and identify their specific property search requirements
- Cross sell properties to applicants, highlighting the properties main features and encourage viewings
- Maximise every opportunity through maintaining a regular dialogue with applicants
- Keep clients informed of all activity on their property (viewings, noted interests, etc)
- Assist with property admin
- Deal with inbound calls and emails

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous estate agency experience
- Local property market conditions
- Local economic factors
- Advertising mediums relevant to the property industry
- An understanding of financial services products
- Sales Experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Well presented and professional
- A pleasant, confident manner
- Reliable and honest
- Ability to plan and prioritise own workload
- Ability to work under pressure within a face paced environment
- Proven track record of achieving targets
- Experience of cross selling and building business
