What You'll Do- Lead & Inspire: Manage, mentor, and develop a top-tier lettings team.
- Drive Business Growth: Secure new landlords, increase revenue, and optimise rental yields.
- Oversee Property Management: Ensure seamless marketing, letting, and compliance processes.
- Stay Ahead of the Game: Keep up with lettings laws and regulations.
- Financial & Budgeting Excellence: Monitor departmental profitability and ensure fee collection.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Be the go-to expert for landlords, tenants, and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in a senior lettings or property management role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Business development mindset-you know how to build relationships and grow a portfolio.
- In-depth knowledge of lettings processes, compliance, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- ARLA Propertymark qualification (preferred but not essential).
- Full UK driving licence or equivalent.
