Who are we looking for?

• An experienced property manager with at least 1 years’ experience
• Driven and motivated individual
• An effective communicator
• Empathetic and approachable attitude
• A sense of humour
• Someone who is positive
• UK Drivers Licence

What will you be responsible for?

• Managing a busy and demanding portfolio
• Advertising and marketing available properties
• Arranging viewings
• Securing successful tenancies
• Carrying out rental appraisals
• Liaising with tenants and landlords
• Resolving any disputes between both parties
• Carrying out inspections/check in and check out reports
• Dealing with deposits
