Reed are seeking a qualified Property Manager with a passion for the Lettings industry to work for a highly respected Scottish firm that offer you the chance to grow with their expanding business. 

Role: Property Manager

Location: Edinburgh

Job Type: Full-time (2 days hybrid working) 

Salary: £28,000- £30,000 + bonus (OTE up to £37,200) 

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Driving Portfolio Performance: Improve the performance of the assets within your portfolio, retain clients, and promote portfolio growth.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Maintain 100% compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Financial Management: Minimise void periods, negotiate rent increases in line with lease terms, and manage arrears.
  • Investment Promotion: Advocate for investment and upgrading works.
  • Maintenance Management: Manage day-to-day maintenance, raise work orders, and handle all maintenance requests and contractor invoices efficiently.
  • Tenancy Management: Provide effective end-to-end management throughout the duration of the tenancy.
  • Administrative Responsibilities: Handle all aspects of the lettings and management process, including client information collection, property inspections, checkouts, deposit deductions/releases, tenant swaps, early exits, and ownership changes.
  • Client Care: Establish contact with new clients, develop an understanding of their assets for an efficient handover, and exceed client expectations in customer service and asset performance.
