Role Purpose

Provide full-time support to the Property Management Team, ensuring effective oversight of the managed property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Address maintenance and safety issues in coordination with the Property Manager.

Respond to emergencies and liaise with contractors and occupiers regarding operations.

Administer the Helpdesk by logging, distributing, and closing reactive calls.

Process purchase orders and supplier invoices.

Maintain accurate site and utility records to ensure billing accuracy.

Develop and update occupier handbooks and monitor vacant properties per insurance requirements.

Oversee Facility Services Records, including contractor and maintenance schedules.

Assist with property transitions, sales readiness, and due diligence.

Deputise for the Property Manager when necessary.

Safety Commitment

Adhere to all company health, safety, and environmental guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications

Full UK Driving Licence.

Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office) and ability to learn new systems.

Previous experience in the property sector is desirable.

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure.
