Customer service is at the heart of everything they do, so the successful candidate must have the same customer-focused ethic as the rest of their team.

Job Role:

  • Process tenant applications, conduct tenant referencing, and perform AML/ID checks for prospective tenants.
  • Prepare lease agreements for signing and manage safety certification, including instructing, tracking, and record-keeping
  • Process maintenance invoicing and provide general administrative support to the Property Management Department.
  • Assist with viewings, client meetings, and manage key handling.
  • Oversee enquiry email inbox, handle Council Tax, utility, and factors' invoices, and assist with calls.
  • Manage landlord registration renewals, register tenant deposits, and assist with deposit releases.
  • Create and send inspection reports to landlords.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service, organisational, and administrative skills, with strong written, email, and face-to-face communication abilities.
  • Proficient in IT, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Positive, friendly, self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player with honesty and integrity
  • Driving license desirable
