Role Overview
Savills Edinburgh office have an exciting opportunity for a Front of House Receptionist who enjoys working independently but will join a thriving business. The role will suit someone who enjoys delivering first class client service, have a warm, outgoing and friendly personality. You will be the face of the company so must be well presented and have a professional attitude. You must enjoy working in a fast paced and busy environment.
This role is working 8.30-5.30 and requires 5 days a week in the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting all clients and visitors to the office ensuring a warm welcome
- Delivering exceptional customer service, always being friendly and helpful
- Answering calls for the office and diverting as necessary
- Dealing with enquiries by phone, email and face-to-face
- Reservation and management of 3 meeting rooms
- Organising refreshments and ensuring meeting rooms are prepared for each meeting
- Liaising with suppliers to organise catering for meetings, drinks receptions, board room events
- Organising catering supplies for the office
- Managing deliveries – including couriers, distribution of post, receiving of parcels
General administration as required
Key Skills/ Experience
- Previous experience of working front of house reception role preferred but not essential
- Personable with a confident manner and able to deliver great customer service
- Confident in using Microsoft Office and be willing to learn in-house systems
- Someone who is passionate about customer service
- Able to communicate professionally with clients and other team members
- Highly professional at all times
- Enjoys working independently and as part of team
- Self-motivated and willing to help wherever able
