Temporary Contract
Reed Business Support are pleased to be working with a huge multinational Real Estate Organisation with offices all throughout the world and 2 based in Edinburgh. They're looking to onboard a Front of House / Receptionist with the need of temporary cover. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting with a variety of reception and administrative duties.
Shifts:
Shift 1: December 16th - December 20th // 08:30 - 17:30 // 40hrs per weekShift 2: January 3rd - 31st of January // 12:45pm - 17:30 // 23.45hrs per weekPlease Note: It would be desired if you can commit to both shifts however this is not essential. If you can only commit to 1, then please still apply.
Key responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls from clients- Providing answers to queries or directing calls to the correct member of staff- Dealing with emails in the shared inbox- Welcoming guests to the office- Filing and scanning- Updating member database with relevant information- Ad hoc admin duties
Person specifications:
- Previous experience working in a Receptionist or Administrator position- Good customer service and communication skills- Good admin skills- Previous experience working with MS Office
