Recruitment Administrator
West Edinburgh based with on-site parking | Hybrid working available (3 days in office & 2 at home)
Full Time role | 9:00am to 5:00pm | Monday to Friday

Pay rate up to 13.50 per hour + holiday pay (depending on experience)

Search Consultancy are currently working exclusively with a leading Edinburgh-based Education establishment to recruit this role. The role will initially be offered on a Temp basis expected to last 4 to 8 weeks - although there's potential for the role to be extended beyond this.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administration support to the recruitment team. As this is an ASAP start, only candidates who are available to start immediately or on short notice will be considered for this role.

Duties involved in this role will include:
* Assisting with administration across the company's recruitment process
* Management of the recruitment email inbox
* Carrying out pre-employment screening including RTW and referencing
* Onboarding of new starts including casual workers
* Assisting with the arranging of candidate interviews
* Providing administrative support to other sub-groups within the wider HR team
* Various ad hoc general administration as required/directed

In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
* Previous experience in a Recruitment Administration role or an HR Admin role with exposure to Recruitment - this experience is essential
* Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise a varied & sometimes very busy workload effectively
* Excellent communication skills - both written & verbal - with the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels
