Recruitment Admin (Fulfilment Consultant) - Care Sector

Our Care recruitment team are currently looking to welcome a Fulfilment Consultant (Admin) to their Edinburgh based business. Working alongside our experienced recruitment team, you will be playing a key role in supporting our residential teams with compliance/admin duties.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Compliance administration utlising various systems to process
  • Supporting candidates in their starter process
  • Processing paperwork electronically, liaising with the consultants
  • First point of contact for all compliance related queries
  • Ensure full maitnece of all systems and records, in a timely and accucurate manner
  • Maintain an ongoing relationship with on boarded candidates throughout the duration of their assignment

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Know the commercial importance of working with tight deadlines and strong processes
  • Have excellent communication skills and capable of dealing with stakeholders at all levels
  • Possess the ability to work under pressure
  • Good attention to detail
  • IT Literacy
  • Organisation
