The Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our business forward. You'll be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing top talent across the construction and property industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring the best talent match.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Use various platforms and networks to attract top candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Interviewing & Selection: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates are a perfect fit for our clients.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
  • Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, pitch services to potential clients, and grow the existing client base.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to candidate placement and aftercare.

  • Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or a similar role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
