Recruitment Consultant - IT (trainee / graduate)
- Office in Edinburgh EH2 (near EH Castle)
- Full time - Monday - Friday based in the office. This will be working on the IT sector.
- Full training offered + OTE

What will I be doing?
- Building a network of candidates and clients, through business development and networking
- Generating new clients through calls, emails, marketing campaigns etc.
- Using LinkedIn as a platform and tool to build an online presence.
- Becoming a reputable and reliable consultant working towards a reputation as the market leader in your field.
- Sourcing candidates, utilising all tools and platforms available.
- Completing a 360-recruitment role showing end to end engagement and satisfaction.
- Hit and exceed targets and time frames set by your manager.
- Offer a high standard of delivery and engagement to all clients.
- Reporting weekly successes to your manager and discuss any outstanding tasks and how you are going to achieve them.
- Using market data to educate clients and offer an excellent service.
- Continually strive for development and growth.
- Taking responsibility and accountability for your own progression.
- Fully understand your client's business including their technologies and their work culture to match the correct candidates to the roles.
- Post and create content to attract candidates and to grow market presence.
What are we looking for?
- People skills! You'll be the person that puts relate into relationships and builds rapport with clients at speed.
- Endurance, adaptability, and drive - to succeed, but also the resilience to bounce back from setbacks.
- A strong work ethic and hunger to learn.
