MDH Recruitment are recruiting for our client who is a rapidly expanding leader in the residential relocation industry. Due to increased demand for their services, they are looking to bring on a Residential Relocation Specialist to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual to make a direct impact on helping clients through their moving and relocation journeys.

Full–time guaranteed 40 hours Monday to Friday

Location Near Leith in Edinburgh

Salary 25k-32k a year

Role Overview:
As a Residential Relocation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the relocation process for clients moving to new homes. You will coordinate various aspects of the move, working closely with your crew to ensure that each move is executed smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the relocation process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients to address any concerns or questions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in relocation would be an advantage however full training will be given
  • Strong communication is essential
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and relocations simultaneously.
  • Geographical knowledge in Scotland is essential
  • A positive customer service attitude is essential
  • Ability to work as part of a team is essential

A UK drivers licence is essential, and you’ll need to be able to drive a light van up to 3.5 tonnes. You will have the potential to take charge of a move as Team Leader and be willing to undertake training up to LGV class 2 in your first 12 months with us.
