We are recruiting for an exclusive opportunity to join a world-class global practice as a Team Coordinator. In this role, you will be working with the core business support team in Edinburgh City Centre alongside a busy team where you will provide complete administrative support.

What the Team Coordinator role will look like:

  • You will be working within the central business services teams and supporting them where needed
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations for meetings, interviews and seminars
  • Checking the wider team's documents to ensure they follow brand guidelines and are grammatically correct
  • Working alongside the Welcome Coordinators for new starters, ensuring their induction and equipment is set up for their first day
  • Arranging, attending, taking minutes, and creating follow up action points for internal and client meetings
  • Other general admin and office support duties; coordinating business travel arrangements, H&S, learning and development training, project office checks, and any other ad hoc needs

What you need to be a Team Coordinator:

  • A minimum of 1 years' experience in an administrative/coordinator position
  • Strong written skills with a high attention to detail
  • Excellent IT skills including MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Experience using spreadsheets and databases
  • Strong administrative skills and the ability to maintain systems
  • Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (desirable)

Please note: The salary banding on offer is 26,000.
