The Job:

As General Manager, youll take full control of the F&B experience, from concept to execution. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing stock, creating exciting menus and curating a standout customer experience.
  • Leading and developing a dynamic kitchen and front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Collaborating with suppliers to ensure premium quality at the best prices.
  • Driving promotions, marketing initiatives and events to attract and retain customers.
  • Managing budgets, ensuring profitability and receiving a share of these profits as the business grows.
  • Reporting directly to the Venue Director and working closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
