Position OverviewAs an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of current and prospective customers within the Edinburgh and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships at multiple levels, listening to customer needs, and implementing the company's sales process to provide the best solutions. Your consultative approach and rapport-building skills will be essential in selling the company's services and value proposition.
ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for key accounts, providing exceptional customer service throughout their journey
Identify, win, and nurture new customer accounts through strong sales skills and relationship-building
Build and maintain relationships with clients at multiple levels, fostering trust and loyalty

Proven track record of successfully managing and growing customer accounts
Demonstrated sales experience and ability to identify, win, and nurture new business
Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills
Strong communication and active listening abilities
Consultative selling approach with a focus on service and value
Valid driving licence
