Job Title: Retail Assistant (Christmas Temp)
Location: Fort Kinnaird, Edinburgh
Remuneration: £12 per hour
Contract Details: Temporary, 3-month contract
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Assist customers in finding products and answering their queries.
- Maintain a tidy and organised store, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and appealing.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising the company's Point of Sale system.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking merchandise and conducting regular stock checks.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to creating a cohesive and supportive team environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
Notes:
- This is an exciting opportunity to join our client's well-established retail team during the busy Christmas season.
- Xmas temping offers the potential for an extra month of work beyond January, subject to performance and business needs.
- No previous experience is required, as our client is looking for friendly and enthusiastic individuals.
- Candidates must be available for an immediate start.
- Working hours will be flexible, including weekends and morning shifts until 7pm.
