Our client, a well-regarded organization in the sports industry, is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Accounts Administrator to join their team. This role will support the finance function in day-to-day accounting activities, helping to ensure accurate financial records and efficient processing of transactions. This fully remote position is ideal for someone looking to work part-time with flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate entry of invoices and payments
  • Reconcile bank statements and assist in month-end closing activities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
  • Generate financial reports and support data analysis for senior management
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers as needed
