The job:
- Run the Flagship store in Edinburgh’s famous Queensferry Street
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Ensure the store is always immaculate and visually stunning.
- Drive sales and meet company targets with a clear plan of action.
- Collaborate with head office on stock, merchandising, and seasonal planning.
- Build relationships with local businesses and the tourism industry to create unforgettable in-store events.
- Become a tartan expert, advising customers on fabrics, tailoring, and trends.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including stock management, scheduling, and compliance.
