Key ResponsibilitiesPersonal Care
- Assist with daily personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Help clients with mobility, including lifting, moving, or using mobility aids like wheelchairs or hoists.
Health Monitoring
- Observe and record changes in the clients health or behavior.
- Support with medication administration under supervision.
Emotional and Social Support
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being.
- Encourage participation in social and recreational activities.
Household Assistance
- Help with light household tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Ensure the environment is safe, clean, and comfortable.
Communication and Reporting
- Maintain accurate care records, documenting activities and observations.
- Communicate effectively with family members, healthcare professionals, and colleagues.
