Housing Officer

Peace Recruitment are currently working with a medium sized housing association to source a temporary Housing Officer for an initial 1-2 month contract.

You will be managing a patch of properties mainly in the Edinburgh area covering all aspects of housing management, including allocation of houses, effective estate management and recovery of rent arrears.

My client is looking for a candidate with excellent customer service and communication skills and having the ability to work on your own and within a team. To be successful in this role you will need to have competent IT skills, a UK Driving Licence and also have your own vehicle and business insurance.

This role is for an initial 1-2 months but does have the chance of an extension for the right candidate.
