Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality personal care, including assistance with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Administering medications safely and according to guidelines
- Supporting individuals with personal and emotional care needs in a respectful and compassionate manner
- Carrying out manual handling procedures safely and in line with health and safety regulations
- Communicating effectively with individuals, families, and other health care professionals to ensure optimal care
Requirements:?? Experience: Minimum of 2 years working within Health & Social Care?? Skills: Competence in medication administration, manual handling, and providing personal care?? Driver's License: A valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle (essential for travel between remote locations)?? Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, person-centered approach to care?? Eligibility: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK (unfortunately, sponsorships are not available)
