Job Title: Residential Care Workers (Full-time & Part-time)
Location: Corstorphine, Edinburgh | Fauldhouse, Bathgate | GorebridgeSalary: £12.50 - £15.50 per hour (up to £37,021 per annum, including sleepover allowance)

Role: We are looking for compassionate, dedicated Residential Care Workers to support young people in residential care. Your role will involve ensuring their safety, well-being, and development, while fostering positive relationships with children, families, and external professionals.
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in residential childcare or working with vulnerable young people.
- Clean driving licence.
- HNC in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), or working towards it.
- SVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People (or equivalent), or working towards it.
- Ability to work unsocial hours, including weekends.
