HOUSING OFFICER - 2/3 MONTH CONTRACT - INSIDE IR35

One of Loriens leading Public Sector clients is looking to bring on a experienced Housing Officer on an initial 2 - 3 month contract.

Essential

Chartered Institute of Housing Level 4 or equivalent and recent relevant frontline Housing Management experience
Shelter Home Point Level 2 qualification
Extensive working knowledge of housing and associated legislation
Ability to identity and resolve complex housing issues
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to prioritise own workload and work in a pressured environment
Good knowledge of various IT packages

Desirable

Extensive knowledge of housing related legislation and good practice
Ability to work proactively to resolve challenging situation
CIH membership
