This role is with a leading digital consultancy who are looking for an experienced COBOL developer. As a COBOL Developer, you will develop and migrate COBOL applications, ensuring top performance and reliability. This contract position offers £500-600 per day, outside IR35, and is fully remote.What You'll Need to SucceedTo excel in this role, you will need:
- Relevant Experience: Proven experience in COBOL development, with a strong track record of working with ICL/Fujitsu, or other mainframe systems.
- Skills: Proficiency in COBOL programming and familiarity with ICL/Fujitsu environments.
- Attributes: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
