ServiceNow Developer - HRSD - 6 month contract (outside IR35 - Edinburgh (Hybrid)
Are you an experienced ServiceNow consultant/developer with excellent skills in HRSD looking for your next challenge? I have an immediate opportunity for a talented individual to join my client in Edinburgh and drive the implementation and delivery of HR Service Delivery within their organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with a ServiceNow Architect to translate requirements into user stories.
- Provide design recommendations based on your extensive experience with HR Service Delivery.
- Work within an Agile team, participating in sprint ceremonies such as planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support the ServiceNow team in other areas including ITSM Maturity, Governance Risk and Compliance, Flow Automation, and other transformation platform aspects.
- Develop and customise the platform using Flow Designer and Employee Center.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other platforms and systems.
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience working as a ServiceNow Developer with solid knowledge and experience of HRSD
- Strong skills in Flow Designer and Employee Center.
- Experience of integrating ServiceNow with other platforms.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience configuring and customising workspaces.
- Familiarity with Virtual Agent.
- Knowledge of integrating with HR systems such as iTrent.
