- Previous experience working in the public sector or within highly regulated environments.
- Strong experience with Java 11/17 and Spring Boot for developing Microservices and REST APIs.
- Experience with AWS CDK and managing AWS-based CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with OpenShift for deploying and managing applications.
- Familiarity with JavaScript UI frameworks, particularly React or Next.js.
- Experience working within Digital First or GDS quality standards.
- Ability to develop solutions using human-centered, research-driven, inclusive design practices.
- Proficient in implementing security using Spring Security and OAuth2.
- Knowledge of RabbitMQ for messaging solutions.
- Experience with Elasticsearch for implementing search functionalities.
- Proficient in modern DevOps practices, including Jenkins, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
