Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude toward solving challenges. You will work collaboratively on various projects, translating complex technical concepts into accessible terms for project stakeholders, and delivering high-quality solutions aligned with design briefs.

  • Apply a strong technical background to develop and maintain robust applications.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of processes and procedures in software development.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to fellow development team members.
  • Effectively communicate technical information in a "non-technical" way to project investors and stakeholders.
  • Uphold integrity, honesty, and ethical behavior in all professional dealings.
  • Exhibit self-motivation and enthusiasm while managing responsibilities and challenges independently.
  • Work proactively and comfortably from design briefs rather than relying solely on water-tight specifications.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Essential:
  • Proven experience in C# MVC web application development (minimum 2 years).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entity Framework EF6.3 and LinQ.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JQuery, and Bootstrap.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Visual Studio IDE (version 17 and later).

Preferred:

  • Experience with C# WebAPI development (OAuth2).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Understanding of the Microsoft Azure DevOps platform.
  • Knowledge of GIT version control.
  • Exposure to Windows Server environments.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams for collaboration.
