*** What you’ll do ***
- Lead and deliver highly ambiguous, business-critical technical projects
- Drive architectural decisions and engineering practice improvements
- Plan and execute safe rollouts of major system changes
- Identify and address potential technical issues before they cause problems
- Contribute strategically to team and business area roadmaps
- Create opportunities for other engineers to grow and develop
- Balance multiple priorities across engineering, operations, and regulation
- Drive system quality improvements while levelling up others
- Ensure technical decisions align with business objectives by collaborating with product representatives
