Blue Arrow Edinburgh has an exciting opportunity within one of our clients Administration Teams on a temp to perm basis. Please note this this role does not offer hybrid or remote working.

Key Accountabilities:
* General administration support, acting as the first point of contact for general enquiries.
* Processing customer invoices using FAB and sending invoices to customers.
* Daily monitoring of the Business Support Mailbox and handling all enquiries.
* Receiving goods from suppliers at the back door area.
* Contacting internal and external customers, suppliers, and the Accounts Payable Department via face-to-face, email, and telephone.
* Managing waste disposal for laboratories, including pallets, plastic bottles, glass bottles, and metal lab equipment in accordance with ISO14001.
* Procurement tasks including processing and chasing requisitions and purchase orders, contacting suppliers, amending orders, handling goods received notices, payment of invoices, resolving discrepancies, chasing orders, obtaining credit notes, and clearing match exceptions.
* Providing general assistance within the three teams in Technical Support.

Essential Skills:
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Effective administration and communication skills.
* Proficiency in IT skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel).

Desirable Skills:
* Work experience in a UKAS accredited laboratories.
* Awareness of ISO 17025/14001 accreditation systems.
* Experience using Financial & Billing systems.
