My client runs a fast paced and growing company specialising in residential developments. They pride themselves on creating beautiful, sustainable homes and communities. They are looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Part-time Receptionist to join their team and be the first point of contact for their clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management: Greet clients, visitors, and contractors with a warm and professional manner.
Phone Handling: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle enquiries efficiently.
Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining office records.
Customer Service: Address basic questions about the companies housing projects and provide informational materials.
Scheduling: Manage meeting room bookings and maintain a visitor log.
Mail Handling: Sort and distribute incoming mail, and prepare outgoing mail and packages.
Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Attributes:
Professional appearance and friendly attitude.
Ability to multitask and handle a fast paced environment.
