Receptionist
Based in Central Edinburgh | Fully office-based role

Temp role for 3 months | strong potential to be extended & could be made permanent
Pay rate of up to 13.00 per hour depending on experience

Search are delighted to be supporting one of our exclusive clients in the Legal sector to recruit this role on an ongoing Temp basis until at least June this year, with potential for the role to be extended or made permanent following on from the Temp contract.

The main purpose of this role will be to provide Reception cover & basic Administration support to the business and would ideally suit an experienced & professional Receptionist who is immediately available.

Duties involved in this role will include:
* Working on the front-desk Reception, providing excellent service to all visitors & staff entering the office
* Handling any incoming calls, dealing with basic queries when they come in & transferring calls to the appropriate party
* Dealing with both incoming & outgoing post including mail collections & drop-offs, franking and distribution
* Supporting teams within the business with general administration tasks, offering support where needed
* Various as hoc Reception & Administration duties as directed

In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
* Previous experience in a similar Receptionist role with exposure to Administration talks - this experience is ESSENTIAL
* Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional & friendly telephone manner
* First class organisation skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise work & ensure tasks are completed
* Solid IT Skills
