My client are an award winning and well established housing association here in Edinburgh seeking someone to support their customer service team on 4 week temporary basis with potential for this to be extended!
- Salary – Up to £25k / £14 per hour
- Office-based, 35 hrs/week (Mon-Thurs: 8:45-5, Fri: 8:45-3:45, 1-hour lunch).
- Desirable Experience in housing associations, councils, or lettings/estate agencies however not essential
- Fast-paced, customer-focused role requiring strong knowledge retention and public interaction skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception: Greet visitors, handle inquiries, process card payments.
- Telephony: Manage main office calls, log customer interactions.
- Emails: Respond to inquiries, maintain records.
- Admin: Handle communications, utility bills, and general office support.
Requirements:
- Ability to manage a busy, varied workload, ensuring first-time resolution by following set processes.
