Main duties:Managing and coordinating inbound group bookings, particularly MICE groups, ensuring seamless execution from inquiry to post-trip follow-up, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

The Role:• Manage and coordinate inbound group bookings, ensuring all details are captured accurately.• Oversee the seamless execution of MICE and general group travel from initial inquiry to post-trip follow-up.• Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers to deliver high-quality service and resolve any issues promptly.• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional client experience.• Stay up-to-date with travel and MICE industry trends to provide innovative solutions.• Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients and suppliers.

The Candidate:• Previous experience in managing inbound groups within a tour operator or DMC environment.• Strong experience with MICE groups is highly preferred.• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.• Fluency in one or more of the following languages: Portuguese, German, French, Italian, or Spanish (preferred but not essential).• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.• A proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

The salary: up to £45,000 per annum
