Plumber, Edinburgh, Salary from £35,000 to £37,000 per annum, Fuel card and Van provided + Overtime opportunities Available – Paid at x1.5!

Plumber required to join a leading Facilities and Property Management company based in the Edinburgh area, working as a mobile role. The Plumber will be responsible for carrying out reactive and preventative maintenance on commercial sites, such as schools, hospitals and universities.

Benefits:

• Salary up to £37,000 per annum.
• Van and fuel card provided by company.
• Overtime opportunities available, paid x1.5, Saturdays after 12 and Sunday’s double time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform planned preventive maintenance and reactive preventive maintenance.
• Execute commercial and industrial projects, such as fitting pipes, installation.
• Working on commercial sites, including schools, hospitals and universities.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience on commercial/industrial projects.
• Experience carrying out planned and reactive maintenance.
• Full UK drivers’ licence.
• If successful, PVG will be supplied.
