Neos Engineering are working with a fantastic Construction organisation who are looking for a lead plant engineer to join the team! This is a fantastic opportunity for a plant engineer who wants to work for a market business that can offer some of the best working conditions, training & benefits on the market.

The ideal candidate for the role is someone from the Heavy Plant, HGV, Pump or Agricultural industry, The candidate needs to have experience working on diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems and diagnostic equipment.

The day to day role of a Lead Engineer within this organisation is to Lead the workshop whilst conducting servicing, maintenance & repairs on Heavy Plant equipment including Excavators, Dozers, Telehandlers & much more!

The company is a well known & well respected company within the industry, this is a brilliant opportunity for a candidate to have unmatched training on complexed machinery!

The Role:

  • Service, Maintenance & Repair of Excavators, Dozers, Telehandlers
  • Mechanical & Electrical repairs – diesel engines, hydraulic systems, diagnostics.

The Candidate:

  • Experience working on Construction Plant or Agricultural Machinery
  • Eager to receive training, overtime & progression
  • Full Driving License.
