- Position: Year 6 Teacher.
- Salary: MPS/UPS, based on experience.
- Location: Waltham Forest, East London.
- Start Date: Easter 2025.
As a Year 6 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, supporting pupils in their final year of primary education, and ensuring they are well-prepared for their transition to secondary school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver exciting and challenging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Prepare pupils for KS2 SATs, ensuring they feel confident and well-supported.
- Use assessment data to tailor learning and provide targeted support where needed.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and leadership teams to ensure the best outcomes for all pupils.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience teaching in KS2, ideally in Year 6.
- A strong track record of delivering high-quality teaching and pupil progress.
- The ability to motivate, challenge, and inspire young learners.
- A collaborative and proactive approach to teaching and learning.
