The Role:

  • Position: Graduate Teaching Assistant.
  • Salary: 80-100 per day, depending on experience.
  • Location: Enfield, North London.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting both teachers and pupils, working with children who have SEN, SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs), and learning difficulties.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who need additional support.
  • Assist teachers in delivering structured and engaging lessons.
  • Support children with speech & language interventions, phonics, and numeracy skills.
  • Help pupils with autism, ADHD, and behavioural needs develop social and academic confidence.
  • Collaborate with the SENCO, class teacher, and therapists to provide the best support strategies.

  • A graduate in Psychology, Education, SEN Studies, or a related field.
  • A strong interest in child development and inclusive education.
