We are proud to be representing our top legal client in their search for an experienced Paralegal to join their Family department in Edmonton on a permanent basis. This position offers hybrid working and the prospect for a training contract.
Key duties to include managing a varied caseload of:
- Enforcement proceedings.
- Occupational orders.
- Child arrangement orders.
- NM orders.
- Prohibited steps orders.
- Interim supervision orders.
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of one year's previous experience as a family paralegal.
- Strong experience with legal aid.
- Completion of the LPC/SQE is desirable.
- A strong work ethic and eager to learn.
- A key player with great interpersonal skills.
salary will be 25,000 - 30,000 dependent on experience.
