We are seeking a skilled Freelance Quantity Surveyor to support our Managing Quantity Surveyor (MQS) on an exciting care home project in Nottingham. This role offers the potential to transition to a permanent position if desired.

- Preparing and analyzing costings for tenders.
- Managing project budgets and advising on cost-saving measures.
- Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labor costs.
- Negotiating and procuring materials and subcontractor services.
- Monitoring and controlling project expenditure.
- Valuing completed work and arranging payments.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Preparing and submitting detailed progress reports.
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Managing variations and resolving any financial disputes.
